Thumbs up Room with a View

Quick and Easy

From different states in the USA, three couples were featured this month on "Room with a View", the popular home makeover TV show. Each had one "problem" room in their home. The problem room was typically a room that they just couldn't utilize well, either due to its location within the house or how the couple had it set up. The "Room with a View" cast redesigned each room, explaining why they were redesigning it. Then they actually made the changes and presented the new rooms to the owners.

The couples were Ed & Maria, Fred & Patty, and Ned & Alicia.

The surnames were Baker, Marsh, and Sharp.

The towns were Atlanta, Chicago, and Indianapolis.

The problem rooms were Bedroom, Family room, and Living room.

The couples, surnames, towns, and problem rooms do not necessarily relate to each other in the order listed.

From this information and the following clues, for each couple, can you determine their surname, where they lived, and what room in their home "Room with a View" planned to makeover?

1) Ed wasn't married to Alicia but he lived in Chicago.
2) The couple who remade their living room lived in Atlanta.
3) Alicia Baker didn't have her living room remade.
4) The Sharp couple had their bedroom redone, but they weren't located in Indianapolis.
