I know nothing about this type of yoga or this guy, but just looked up news stories. Here's a quick summary from one article I found:
After the latest ruling Ms Jafa-Bodden is to receive the 700 franchised Bikram Yoga studios around the world and Choudhury’s fleet of 43 cars, which includes 13 Rolls-Royces, eight Bentleys and three Ferraris. She told the Mail on Sunday: “Bikram is no longer the boss of Bikram Yoga. I am."
So, it looks like the franchises are not closing, and if you are a fan of this type of yoga, you can still go to classes for it, and be sure that your money will not be going to the founder. I see no reason to remove it from the puzzle database.
A good comparison would be the Clinton Foundation (originally called "William J. Clinton Foundation"). The founder of it is known to have raped multiple women, but the donors/supporters don't seem to have cared at all.
Another decent comparison is ReiserFS and Reiser4, which are very popular file systems for Linux users. They're still extremely popular file systems, even after the founder (Hans Reiser) was convicted for murdering his wife.
